1. About these terms
1.1 These terms are the contract between Techsteer Ltd, trading as Always On Enquiries, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17446316 and registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5PF ("we", "us", "our"), and the business that subscribes to the service (the "Tenant").
1.2 These terms apply together with the order form and the pricing shown to the Tenant when it signs up or changes its Plan. If the order form and these terms conflict, the order form applies to price, Plan allowances and fees, and these terms apply to everything else. Schedule 1 (Data Processing Agreement) forms part of these terms.
1.3 Business customers only. The service is supplied only to businesses. By signing up, the Tenant confirms that it is acting for the purposes of its trade, business, craft or profession and not as a consumer. Consumer protection laws that apply only to consumers, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the subscription contract rules in the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, therefore do not apply to this contract.
1.4 UK businesses only. The service is offered to businesses established in the United Kingdom. The Tenant confirms that it is established in the UK and will use the service for a UK business. We may refuse or end a subscription that does not meet this requirement.
1.5 The person who accepts these terms confirms that they are authorised to bind the Tenant. The Tenant accepts these terms when it ticks the acceptance box at sign-up or first uses the service, whichever is earlier.
2. Definitions
- Tenant Owner: the account holder for a Tenant. There is one per Tenant.
- Tenant Staff: the operational users a Tenant Owner adds.
- End customer: a person who contacts a Tenant through the service. End customers do not have accounts with us.
- Plan: the subscription the Tenant chooses, as described in the order form.
- Billing period: the monthly period over which fees and usage are counted.
- Number: a UK telephone number that we provide to the Tenant as part of the service.
- Tenant Data: information, including personal data, that the Tenant or its End customers put into the service, or that the service creates for the Tenant, such as bookings and call and chat summaries. Call transcripts kept under section 11.5 are not Tenant Data.
- Call transcript: a redacted text record of a voice call, kept by us for quality assurance under section 11.5.
- Order form: the sign-up page, pricing page or other order document showing the Tenant's Plan, fees, allowances and rates.
3. The service
3.1 We provide an AI voice agent answering a dedicated UK Number, AI webchat and booking forms for the Tenant's website, a booking engine, SMS and email confirmations, live call transfer to the Tenant where a transfer number is set, and a portal for managing the service. The features included depend on the Plan.
3.2 We will provide the service with reasonable skill and care. We do not offer a service level agreement or guarantee any level of availability unless one is set out in the order form.
3.3 We may change, improve or withdraw features from time to time. We will not make a change that materially reduces the core service the Tenant has paid for without giving at least 30 days' notice. If such a change materially disadvantages the Tenant, it may cancel before the change takes effect and we will refund any fees paid in advance for the period after cancellation.
3.4 We may offer features marked as beta, preview or trial features. They are provided as they are, may change or be withdrawn at any time, and the Tenant uses them at its own risk.
3.5 Not an emergency service. The service is not a substitute for a staffed telephone line and must not be relied on for emergencies. It cannot contact the emergency services. The Tenant must not promote the service as a way to reach it in an emergency.
3.6 No advice. The AI agents take enquiries and bookings. They do not give technical, mechanical, safety, legal, medical or financial advice, and the Tenant must not configure them to do so. Any advice to an End customer is the Tenant's own responsibility.
4. Accounts and security
- The Tenant Owner is responsible for the Tenant Staff it adds and for everything done through the Tenant's account.
- The Tenant must keep the business details it gives us accurate and up to date.
- The Tenant must keep sign-in details confidential, use two-factor authentication where it is offered, and tell us at once if it suspects that its account has been misused.
- We may carry out reasonable checks on the Tenant's identity and business before or after providing the service, and may decline or suspend an account that does not pass them.
5. Fees and payment
5.1 The Tenant pays the monthly fee for its Plan and any one-off setup fee stated in the order form. There is no free trial.
5.2 All fees are stated exclusive of VAT. Where VAT is chargeable on our fees, it will be added at the applicable rate and shown on our invoices. Adding VAT in this way is not a price change under section 5.7.
5.3 Fees are billed through Stripe. The monthly fee is payable in advance at the start of each Billing period. Overage and other usage-based charges are payable in arrears at the end of the Billing period in which they arise. The Tenant authorises us to take each payment from the payment method on its account when it falls due.
5.4 We do not collect, see or store full card details. Card details are handled by Stripe under Stripe's own terms.
5.5 If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it and we will notify the Tenant Owner by email. If any amount remains unpaid 14 days after that notice, we may suspend the service under section 15 until it is paid. We may charge interest on overdue amounts under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, together with reasonable recovery costs.
5.6 Refunds. Fees are non-refundable, including for partly used Billing periods and unused allowances, except where these terms expressly provide for a refund or the law requires one. Setup fees are non-refundable once setup has started.
5.7 Price changes. We may change our prices, including for existing Tenants, by giving at least 30 days' notice by email and in the portal. The new price applies from the first Billing period that starts after the notice period ends. If the Tenant does not accept a price increase, it may cancel before the increase takes effect, and it will not pay the increased price.
5.8 Pausing. Where its Plan allows, a Tenant can pause its subscription for up to 3 consecutive months, once in any rolling 12-month period, for the pause fee stated in the order form. During a pause the service does not answer calls or chats, and the Number and configuration are kept. The subscription resumes automatically at the end of the pause.
6. Usage, calls and spend caps
6.1 Each Plan includes a number of calls and webchat sessions per Billing period. Usage above the included number is charged as overage at the rates stated in the order form.
6.2 The portal lets the Tenant set a monthly spend cap and choose what happens when it is reached. If the Tenant chooses for the service to stop at the cap, calls and chats will not be answered by the service until the next Billing period or until the Tenant raises the cap. The Tenant is responsible for its choice of cap, and we are not liable for enquiries that are not answered because a cap has been reached.
6.3 Each call ends automatically after 8 minutes. Each call allows one live call transfer attempt. If the live call transfer is not answered, the AI agent will continue to handle the call where it can.
6.4 If a Tenant's average call length exceeds 6 minutes in a calendar month, we may contact the Tenant to review its Plan. If the usage continues, we may move the Tenant to a more suitable Plan on 30 days' notice. The Tenant may cancel instead before the change takes effect.
6.5 We may apply reasonable limits to protect the platform from abnormal or automated use, such as spam calls or bot traffic. Calls and chats that we block as spam or abuse do not count toward the Tenant's allowance. Our spam and bot detection is not perfect. We do not guarantee that any spam, nuisance, sales, robocall or automated call or chat will be recognised or blocked. Any call or chat that the service answers counts toward the Tenant's allowance, and may be charged as overage, whether or not it was a genuine enquiry. We do not refund or credit charges for such calls or chats. The Tenant can use the spend cap in section 6.2 to limit its exposure.
7. The Number and acceptable use
7.1 The Number belongs to us. We provide the Number as part of the service. The Tenant does not own the Number, cannot port it to another provider, and has no rights in it after the service ends.
7.2 The Number must not be published. The Number may be used only as the destination for call forwarding from the Tenant's own telephone number. The Tenant must not publish or share the Number on its website, business cards, vehicles, signage, a Google or other directory listing, social media or anywhere else, and must not give it to End customers as a contact number. This is required by the regulatory arrangements under which the Number is issued to us.
7.3 If the Number is published in breach of section 7.2, we may change the Number on the first confirmed breach. On a repeat breach, or if the Tenant does not remove the published Number within 7 days of our request, we may release the Number and suspend or end the service. The Tenant is responsible for any cost of replacing the Number and for reprinting or updating any material on which it was published.
7.4 The Tenant must not:
- remove, disable or change the meaning of the notices that the voice agent gives callers at the start of each call, namely the AI disclosure notice and the notice that calls may be transcribed. The Tenant may customise its greeting around these notices, but they must stay clear and must be given at the start of every call. We may restore a notice if it is changed;
- embed the webchat or booking form on any domain other than those the Tenant has allowed in the portal;
- send, or ask us to send, any message without a lawful basis, send marketing messages through the service, or contact anyone who has opted out;
- enter health information or other special category data, criminal offence data, payment card details or bank details into notes or other free-text fields, or configure the AI agents to ask for them;
- use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive, harassing or abusive, to impersonate anyone, or to make outbound calls that the service is not designed to make;
- resell, sublicense or provide the service to any third party, except to its own End customers in the normal course of its business;
- copy, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, prompts or agent scripts of the service, or use the service to build a competing product;
- test, probe, scan or attack our systems, or interfere with the service or other Tenants, without our written permission.
7.5 The Tenant must give us any information we reasonably request to confirm that it is complying with this section 7.
8. AI agents, bookings and the Tenant's content
8.1 Our AI agents answer enquiries and create and change bookings automatically, based on the information the Tenant gives us and what End customers say. AI can misunderstand people, mishear details and make mistakes. The Tenant accepts this as part of the nature of the service.
8.2 The Tenant is responsible for the information it puts into the service, including its services, prices, opening hours, service area, greetings and any instructions to the AI agents, and for keeping that information accurate and lawful. The AI agents rely on it, and we are not responsible for anything an AI agent says or does because that information was wrong, incomplete or out of date.
8.3 The Tenant must check its bookings in the portal and in its calendar and confirm important details, such as the date, time, service, price and vehicle, with the End customer before relying on them. Bookings and quotes are made by the Tenant with its End customers, not by us. We are not a party to any contract between the Tenant and an End customer.
8.4 If a booking is wrong because of a defect in our platform, our only obligation is to use reasonable efforts to correct the defect and to help the Tenant correct the booking. Section 17 applies to all other loss arising from bookings.
8.5 The Tenant must review call and chat summaries and analysis before relying on them. They are produced automatically and may contain errors.
9. The Tenant's responsibilities to End customers
9.1 For End customer information, the Tenant is the controller and is responsible for complying with data protection, privacy and electronic communications law in its dealings with End customers. In particular, the Tenant must:
- give End customers a privacy notice that explains how it uses their information, including that calls are answered and processed by an AI agent, that it uses us as its service provider, that calls may be transcribed by us for quality purposes, and that some processing of calls takes place outside the UK;
- have a lawful basis for the information it asks the service to collect and for every message it asks the service to send;
- ensure that its call forwarding and the way it presents the service to callers are lawful;
- respond to End customers' requests to exercise their data protection rights, with our help under Schedule 1.
9.2 The Tenant must not tell End customers anything about the service that is untrue or misleading.
10. Payments by End customers
10.1 The service does not take payments from End customers. The Tenant collects payment from its End customers through its own systems.
10.2 The Tenant must not ask End customers for, and must not configure the service to collect, payment card numbers, security codes or bank details through any channel of the service, including the voice agent, webchat, forms and free-text fields. If an End customer gives such details anyway, we may delete them without notice. Call and chat summaries are designed to leave them out, and they are removed from any call transcript before it is stored.
11. Data protection
11.1 Each party will comply with the data protection law that applies to it, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
11.2 For information about Tenant Owners, Tenant Staff and the Tenant's account, we are the controller. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use that information.
11.3 Where we process End customer information for the Tenant, we act as its processor, and Schedule 1 applies. Where we use limited End customer information for our own purposes, such as honouring a STOP request across the platform, securing the service, analysing call quality to improve our AI agents, keeping redacted call transcripts for quality assurance under section 11.5 and keeping legally required records, we act as an independent controller under our Privacy Policy.
11.4 We may create and use aggregated, anonymised data about the use of the service, which does not identify the Tenant or any individual, to operate, secure, analyse and improve the service. That data belongs to us.
11.5 Call recordings and transcripts. The service does not keep recordings of calls. We may keep transcripts of voice calls to check that the service is working correctly, to diagnose faults, to improve how the AI agents handle calls and to help resolve queries about what was said. Whether call transcripts are kept is decided by us across the whole platform. Where they are kept: (a) names, contact details and other personal identifiers, health information and financial details, including payment card and bank details, are removed before storage; (b) they are stored in the United Kingdom; (c) they are deleted automatically after 30 days, unless we need to keep a particular transcript for longer to deal with a specific complaint, dispute or legal claim; and (d) we act as an independent controller for them under our Privacy Policy. Webchat transcripts are not kept.
11.6 We do not use the content of calls or chats to train AI models, and our AI providers do not use it to train their models.
12. Third-party services
12.1 The service relies on third-party providers, including telecoms, AI, hosting, database, security, mapping, messaging and payment providers. Their terms apply to their part of the service. We may change providers from time to time in line with Schedule 1.
12.2 Where a Tenant connects its own Google, Microsoft or other third-party account to the service, the Tenant is responsible for the permissions it grants and for its relationship with that provider. A Microsoft 365 administrator may need to approve the connection. We are not responsible for the availability or behaviour of the Tenant's third-party accounts.
13. Intellectual property and feedback
13.1 We and our licensors own all rights in the service, the platform, its software, prompts, agent scripts and documentation, and any improvements to them. The Tenant receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its own business during its subscription. No other rights are granted.
13.2 The Tenant keeps all rights in its Tenant Data and its logo, brand colours and greetings. It grants us a non-exclusive licence to use them for the purpose of providing and supporting the service.
13.3 If the Tenant gives us suggestions or feedback about the service, we may use them freely without any obligation to the Tenant.
13.4 We will only name the Tenant as a customer in our marketing, use its logo or make statements on its behalf with the Tenant's prior permission. The Tenant can withdraw that permission at any time.
14. Confidentiality
14.1 Each party will keep confidential the other party's non-public business, technical and financial information that it receives in connection with these terms, and use it only to perform these terms.
14.2 This does not apply to information that is or becomes public through no fault of the receiving party, that the receiving party already had or develops independently, or that must be disclosed by law, by a regulator or by court order. A party may share confidential information with its professional advisers, and with its staff and subcontractors who need it, if they are bound by similar duties of confidence.
15. Suspension
15.1 We may suspend all or part of the service if a payment is overdue after notice under section 5.5, if the Tenant breaches section 7, 9 or 10, if we reasonably believe the service is being misused or is a security risk, or if a provider, regulator or the law requires it.
15.2 We will tell the Tenant about the suspension and explain how to put things right, unless the law or an urgent security risk prevents this. We will restore the service promptly once the reason for the suspension has been resolved.
15.3 Suspension restricts access to the service. It does not delete information, and fees continue to be payable during a suspension caused by the Tenant.
16. Ending the service
16.1 Cancellation by the Tenant. The Tenant Owner can cancel at any time by requesting closure in the Billing area of the portal. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid Billing period, when the account is frozen and the service stops. Cancelling the subscription in Stripe has the same effect.
16.2 Ending for breach. Either party may end these terms immediately by written notice if the other party materially breaches them and does not put the breach right within 14 days of being asked to do so in writing, or if the other party becomes insolvent, enters administration or liquidation, or stops trading.
16.3 Other rights for us to end. We may also end these terms by written notice if a suspension under section 15 continues for more than 30 days, or immediately under section 7.3. We may end these terms for any other reason by giving at least 60 days' notice, in which case we will refund any fees paid in advance for the period after the service ends.
16.4 Grace period. For 60 days after the account is frozen, the Tenant can export its Tenant Data from the portal, or reactivate its account by paying for its Plan. No new setup fee is charged for reactivation within the grace period. We will remind the Tenant 7 days before the service stops and again 7 days before deletion.
16.5 Deletion. At the end of the grace period, we delete Tenant Data, except records we must keep by law as explained in our Privacy Policy. Deletion cannot be reversed. The Tenant is responsible for exporting any information it wants to keep before then.
16.6 The Number. When the service stops, the Tenant must stop forwarding calls to the Number. We may release the Number at the end of the grace period.
16.7 Ending these terms does not affect fees already due or rights that have already arisen. Sections 5 (for amounts due), 8, 11, 13, 14, 16, 17 and 20 to 22, and Schedule 1 for as long as we hold Tenant Data, continue after these terms end.
17. Liability
17.1 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes either party's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that the law does not allow to be limited or excluded. Nothing in these terms limits the Tenant's obligation to pay fees due.
17.2 Subject to section 17.1, we are not liable to the Tenant, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, for any:
- loss of profits, revenue, business, contracts or anticipated savings;
- loss of goodwill or reputation;
- loss of bookings, enquiries, jobs or customers, including loss caused by a call or chat that was missed, not answered, cut off, transferred, or handled incorrectly;
- loss caused by a booking, message or action that is wrong because of what an End customer said, because they were misheard or misunderstood, or because of information the Tenant gave us;
- loss or corruption of data, except our obligation to restore data from our most recent backup where the loss is caused by us. The Tenant is responsible for keeping copies of any information it needs; or
- indirect or consequential loss.
17.3 Subject to section 17.1, our total liability arising under or in connection with these terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, is limited to the total fees paid by the Tenant under these terms in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This is a single limit for all claims together. It is not renewed or reset in each Billing period.
17.4 We are not liable for any failure, delay, error or outage caused by a third-party provider described in section 12, by the Tenant's own telephone, call forwarding, website or systems, or by a telephone or internet network, except to the extent that we are at fault in our choice or use of that service.
17.5 Except as set out in these terms, we give no warranty, condition or representation about the service, including that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the AI agents will understand every caller correctly, or that it will produce any number of bookings, enquiries or revenue. To the extent the law allows, all terms implied by statute or common law are excluded.
17.6 The Tenant will indemnify us against losses, damages, fines, costs and reasonable legal fees that we incur because of a claim by a third party or action by a regulator, to the extent caused by: (a) the Tenant's breach of section 7, 9, 10 or 11 or of Schedule 1; (b) the Tenant's unlawful instructions, including any message the Tenant asks us to send, or any information the Tenant asks us to collect or use, without a lawful basis; or (c) the Tenant's negligence, including in the information it gives us or its configuration of the service. This indemnity does not apply to the extent that the loss was caused by our own breach of these terms, negligence or other act or omission.
17.7 Any claim against us must be notified to us in writing, with reasonable details, within 12 months of the Tenant becoming aware, or when it ought reasonably to have become aware, of the facts giving rise to it. A claim not notified within that period is waived. This does not affect the statutory time limits for starting legal proceedings.
17.8 The Tenant agrees that the fees reflect the allocation of risk in this section 17, that it has had the opportunity to read and consider these terms, and that it is able to protect itself by checking bookings, keeping its own records and taking out insurance.
17.9 The limits and exclusions in this section 17 also protect our directors, employees, suppliers and subcontractors, who may rely on them. They apply only to the extent that the law allows.
18. Events outside our control
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including failure of a telecoms or internet network, failure of a third-party provider's platform, power failure, cyber attack, fire, flood, pandemic, industrial action, war, terrorism or an act of government. If such an event continues for more than 30 days, either party may end these terms by written notice.
19. Changes to these terms
19.1 We may change these terms by giving the Tenant Owner at least 30 days' notice by email and in the portal. If the Tenant does not accept a change, it may cancel before the change takes effect and the change will not apply to it. If the Tenant keeps using the service after a change takes effect, it accepts the change.
19.2 We may make changes with shorter notice, or immediately, where they are needed to comply with the law or a regulator's or provider's requirements, or to address a security risk, or where they do not disadvantage the Tenant.
20. General
20.1 Entire agreement. These terms, the order form and Schedule 1 are the whole agreement between us about the service and replace any earlier agreement, discussion or understanding. Neither party has relied on any statement or promise that is not set out in them. This does not limit liability for fraudulent misrepresentation.
20.2 Transfer. The Tenant may not transfer its rights or obligations under these terms without our written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations to a company in our group or to a buyer of our business, and will tell the Tenant if we do.
20.3 Subcontractors. We may use subcontractors to provide the service. We remain responsible for their performance under these terms.
20.4 Third-party rights. No one other than the parties has any right to enforce these terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999, except as set out in section 17.9.
20.5 Severance. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be changed to the minimum extent needed to make it enforceable, and the rest of these terms will continue in force.
20.6 Waiver. A failure or delay in enforcing any right under these terms is not a waiver of that right.
20.7 No partnership. Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, joint venture or agency between the parties.
21. Governing law and disputes
21.1 These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by the law of England and Wales.
21.2 Before starting legal proceedings, each party will try in good faith to resolve the dispute by referring it to a senior person in each business. This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief from a court.
21.3 The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
22. Notices
22.1 Notices to us must be sent by email to legal@techsteer.io or by post to our registered office.
22.2 Notices to the Tenant are sent to the Tenant Owner's email address on the account, or shown in the portal.
22.3 An email notice is treated as received at 9am on the next business day after it is sent. A notice sent by post is treated as received 2 business days after posting. This section does not apply to the service of legal proceedings.
Schedule 1: Data Processing Agreement
This Schedule applies where we process personal data for the Tenant as its processor. The terms "controller", "processor", "personal data", "personal data breach" and "processing" have the meanings given in the UK GDPR.
1. Details of the processing
- Subject matter and duration: provision of the service for the duration of these terms and the grace period in section 16.4.
- Nature and purpose: answering calls and chats, taking enquiries and bookings, sending confirmations and reminders, processing calls as they happen, summarising and analysing calls and chats, storing and displaying records in the portal, and providing support.
- Data subjects: End customers who contact the Tenant through the service.
- Personal data: names, phone numbers, email addresses, postal and service addresses, vehicle details and registrations, booking details, call and chat summaries and analysis, messages, consent and opt-out choices, and technical data such as IP addresses.
- Call recordings: not kept. Call transcripts kept for quality assurance are processed by us as an independent controller under section 11.5, not under this Schedule.
- Special category data: none intended. The Tenant must not instruct us to collect or process special category data, and the service is not designed to collect it. End customers may still volunteer such information, such as health details during a call. Where this happens, it is processed only incidentally while the call or chat is handled, call and chat summaries are designed to leave it out, it is removed from call transcripts before storage, and it may be deleted if it is found anywhere else.
2. Our obligations as processor
We will:
- process the personal data only on the Tenant's documented instructions, which are these terms and the Tenant's use and configuration of the service, unless the law requires otherwise, in which case we will tell the Tenant first unless the law prohibits this. We will tell the Tenant if we think an instruction breaks data protection law;
- ensure that anyone we authorise to process the personal data is bound by a duty of confidentiality;
- take appropriate technical and organisational security measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, tenant data separation, authentication controls and logging;
- help the Tenant, taking into account the nature of the processing, to respond to requests from End customers to exercise their rights, and to meet its obligations on security, breach notification, data protection impact assessments and consultation with the Information Commissioner;
- tell the Tenant without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting its personal data; give it the information it reasonably needs to meet its own obligations, as that information becomes available; keep it updated as our investigation progresses; and cooperate with it in investigating, containing and remediating the breach;
- at the end of the service, delete the personal data in line with section 16, unless the law requires us to keep it. The Tenant can export its data during the grace period;
- make available the information reasonably needed to show that we comply with this Schedule, and allow audits by the Tenant or an independent auditor it appoints, on at least 30 days' notice, no more than once a year, during business hours, under a duty of confidentiality and at the Tenant's cost. We may meet this obligation first by providing written answers, policies and our providers' certifications.
3. Sub-processors
The Tenant gives general authorisation for us to use sub-processors. We will give the Tenant a list of our current sub-processors on request, and will make it available in the portal. We will tell the Tenant at least 14 days before adding or replacing a sub-processor. If the Tenant objects on reasonable data protection grounds, we will discuss the objection in good faith. If we cannot resolve it, the Tenant may cancel the affected service with a refund of fees paid in advance for the period after cancellation, which is its only contractual remedy for the objection. This does not affect the Tenant's statutory rights. We will put in place with each sub-processor a written contract with data protection obligations that give equivalent protection, and we remain responsible to the Tenant for each sub-processor's performance.
4. International transfers
Some sub-processors process personal data outside the UK. We will only transfer personal data outside the UK where the transfer is to a country covered by UK adequacy regulations, or is made under an appropriate safeguard such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
5. Tenant obligations
The Tenant is responsible for the lawfulness of the processing it instructs, for having a lawful basis and giving End customers the information required by law, and for the accuracy of the personal data it provides. Section 17 (Liability) applies to this Schedule.
