Pricing questions.

Do you offer annual billing?

Not yet. Technology is moving fast, and we want to bring those changes to you just as fast. A fixed annual plan would only hold that back.

What's the setup fee for?

It covers everything needed to get you live: setting up UK telephone services, configuring your account and integrations, and setting up the system for your services. It scales with the complexity of your setup, which is why the higher tiers carry a larger one-off fee.

What happens if I go over my call allowance?

You'll get an alert at 80% and again at 100% of your monthly allowance. Extra calls are charged at £2.00 per call on every plan. If you sustain 120%+ for two months running, we'll prompt an upgrade.

Can I pause if things go quiet?

Yes. Pause for £10/month for up to three consecutive months and keep your existing setup, data, and configuration. It's available once every 12 months and reactivates to your previous tier automatically.

Is there a maximum call length?

Yes. Calls end automatically after 8 minutes, which keeps the service fast and fair for everyone. Typical enquiry and booking calls take three to six minutes. If your account's calls average more than 6 minutes over a month, we'll get in touch to review your plan.

Which plan should I choose?

Most businesses fit Growth: it has the volume and integrations a real front desk needs. If you're a sole trader, start on Solo; if you run a high-volume business, Professional handles the peaks. You can change tier anytime.

Find the plan that fits.

Most businesses start on Growth and change tier as their call volume grows. The same core product is included whichever tier you pick.
